Craig Smith - Owner
After studying languages at University, Craig has been involved in the inbound tourism industry for close on 16 years. More than an occupation, travel has always been a passion of his and especially selling the Southern African sub continent. There are few places in the world, where within a two hour flight of the arrival hub, Johannesburg, incredible contrasts can be reached, from the Namib desert, to the Okavango Delta, Victoria Falls, the Mozambique Islands, the Kruger National Park and Cape Town. It must be the easiest sales job in the world, he quips! Craig lists his favourite places as being the Great Karoo, the Drakensberg and the Lower Zambezi.

Faith Johnson - Product and Sales Manager
"If I could spend 7 days somewhere I have already traveled to – it would be to Tulum in Mexico. White sands, calm waters, hammock, cold beer… need I say more"
Faith spent several years working in London for various tour operators where she started out in vouchering, working her way up to Product Manager. She eventually left the UK to return to Durban and joined New Frontiers so all in all has 12 years experience in the industry. |
Travel without a doubt flows very strongly through Faith’s blood – she is probably one of the most widely traveled people in Durban! Apart from knowing Southern Africa really well, her travels have extended to UK, USA, Canada, Mexico, South America including Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama and Costa Rica as well as Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands, Australia, Hong Kong and the Middle East – wow!
